Sopraventus High Performance Team is an international group of Opti sailors directly mentored and coached by Simone Ricci.
The Team is by invitation only. Highly motivated, skilled and athleti- cally prepared sailors are considered fundamental to reach the most desired goals.
Any member of Sopraventus HP Team may/ is encouraged to sail in a home country sailing program and has a privilege to hone sailing skills together with other strongest sailors from different parts of the World in the International environment.
The Team follows specific practice routines focused on improving all the Athletic aspects (Eating Habits, Technical Skills, Focus and Mental approach to racing). Sailors of the Team have a priority in te- sting and acquiring all the top sailing equipment that aim to identify, analyze, reduce weaknesses and improve sailors’ strengths.
Sailors are required to attend most of the trainings and scheduled races.

Simone has reached many other medals in past years with his athletes and with the Italian National Team winning many podiums at Europeans and World championships. He trains hundreds of athletes around the World who have become the best in their class and his coaching is requested all over the world as he is known for his style, knowledge, and smile!
